Designed as a supportive living environment for individuals with dementia, this 100-bed facility fosters a sense of community while ensuring safety and comfort. The facility is organized into five “houses,” each accommodating 20 residents, to encourage socialization and build stronger relationships between residents and staff.

Our team designed and integrated advanced building systems to enhance functionality and security. Our team implemented seamless systems for nurse calls, roam alerts, and card access, allowing staff to easily monitor and respond to resident needs. We also incorporated CCTV and a two-stage fire alarm system to ensure resident safety throughout the facility.

In addition to these systems, we facilitated direct access to protected outdoor spaces, enhancing the comfort and well-being of residents while promoting social interaction. Our design also included technical solutions to ensure smooth operations, contributing to a safe, secure, and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
