Completed in 2018, this state-of-the-art educational facility annually trains 800 students in high-demand trades by incorporating the building into the teaching delivery.

Instead of being hidden behind walls, exposed conduit and pipe installations showcase examples of installations that achieve the same solution while demonstrating the diversity of installation solutions.

In addition to providing visual interactions, the facility also provides physical and intelligent interaction. A Green Dashboard at the entrance displays in real-time the building's energy consumption in comparison to reduction goals.

Systems including electrical distribution meters, a generator load bank and photovoltaic energy are all fully accessible to students to explore how the systems are assembled and affected by building occupancy and weather patterns.
