Navigating the 75% design stage posed a challenge - balancing an ambitious vision with budget constraints. Embracing strategic value engineering, the team optimized heating and cooling systems to electric baseboards and portable air conditioning units without compromising project integrity.

Cost-saving measures were implemented, but the high-efficiency heat recovery system remained integral, offering long-term operational cost savings. The project stayed within budget through careful planning, including the installation of electrical selector switches. These switches prevent the simultaneous operation of heating and cooling systems, ensuring overall energy and cost efficiency.
