Formerly known as Investors Group Field, this 40,000-seat, award-winning stadium, home to the Winnipeg Blue Bombers features advanced mechanical and electrical systems designed for innovation, efficiency, and spectator comfort.

In partnership with Raymond S.C. Wan Architect, our team developed a fully integrated design with mechanical systems strategically concealed to preserve architectural aesthetics. House-sized air handlers were positioned on lower roofs and blended seamlessly with the building’s finishes.
To support energy efficiency, box suites utilize distributed direct-expansion split systems, enabling simultaneous heating and cooling powered by electricity, and reducing operational emissions. The stadium’s climate strategy integrates condensing electric boilers, traditional air handlers, and refrigerant-based systems to deliver responsive, zoned control across the facility.

A multi-stage public address system, incorporating digital amplifiers and aimed acoustic drivers, ensures consistent, high-fidelity sound. The lighting system is CFL and digital TV-compliant, with precision-aimed fixtures that optimize on-field visibility while minimizing glare and energy use.
This stadium reflects a forward-thinking approach to large-scale venue design - delivering reliability, reduced environmental impact, and an elevated experience for fans and performers alike.
