Having outgrown its previous offices, Commissionaires Manitoba, was in need of a larger and more versatile facility for office and training purposes. The resulting three-level space integrates an open-office concept with acoustic treatment and various dedicated areas for town hall meetings, breakout sessions, classrooms, and physical training. The design also includes facilities such as staff and student kitchenettes, washrooms, and locker and shower amenities.

With our assistance in high-level capital planning, the decision was made to relocate to an existing facility, expanding the footprint to 18,000 sq ft. Operating under the Construction Management delivery method, our team efficiently transformed a healthcare clinic into a modern commercial office space.

As the Prime Consultant, we led a multi-discipline team encompassing architecture, interior design, structural engineering, envelope design, furniture planning, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing), and environmental considerations.

The comprehensive planning and execution not only met the immediate needs of Commissionaires Manitoba but also provided alternative options beyond simply renovating their existing space.
The capital planning support enabled the organization to make an informed decision to sell their former space, purchase, and redevelop a larger facility, ultimately increasing their programming capabilities. This project exemplifies successful collaboration and strategic decision-making in adapting to an ever-changing office environment.
