Completed in 2020, the BDO office is a sophisticated and modern two-story space. The layout seamlessly aligns with BDO's corporate accommodation standards, emphasizing a contemporary and efficient workspace.

Our team played a central role in the redevelopment of this office, providing mechanical, electrical, and communications design services, and overseeing contract administration. Working in close collaboration with ft3 and Colliers Project Leaders, the project aimed to establish a workspace that not only met modern standards but also reflected efficiency and innovation.

Noteworthy aspects of the project include the design of new universal toilet rooms, ensuring compliance with barrier-free standards within the existing building infrastructure. The addition of an open-concept stairwell between the two floors was a key feature, with our contribution to the code analysis for interconnected floor spaces.

In a sustainable approach, the project focused on refurbishing and reusing the base building's mechanical systems. The comprehensive transformation of the space included the installation of an entirely new ceiling, incorporating modern lighting and HVAC diffusers. A programmable lighting control system was implemented to efficiently manage lighting throughout the office, enhancing both functionality and energy efficiency.
This collaborative effort resulted in a contemporary and functional office space for BDO, reflecting the company's commitment to modern corporate standards.
